Job Summary

This Position shall be responsible for overall as Lead HR Ops & Compliances based at Halol.

Areas Of Responsibility

Handling HR Operations (Employee Life Cycle Mgt.) of Site.

Handling statutory compliances, litigation matters, Disciplinary Actions and IR of Site.

Handling Time Office function & taking care of Payroll inputs of site.

Leading performance appraisal & other HRBP role for OSD business.

Ensuring OHC services, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Annual Medical Checkup for Halol location.

Ensuring Pharma Compliances & support for regulatory audits for HR documentation.

Handling Apprentice Life Cycle Mgt. (Entry to Exit including their compliances)

Handling JW Compliances (Annexure A & B) for site.

Ensuring compilation of various HR MIS for Site.
