Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Manager Consumer and RERA Litigation. The Legal Manager will be responsible for tasks such as drafting and vetting of pleadings, briefing arguing counsel, preparation of brief case notes, legal research of case laws, coordination with CRM team, and preparation and updating legal MIS, legal compliance, and managing legal affairs. The role requires thorough knowledge of law and legal processes and the ability to provide guidance on legal matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of Consumer Forums and RERA, law and legal processes
Experience in drafting and vetting of court pleadings
Familiarity with legal compliance and managing legal affairs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
