EXPERIENCE
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
Lall and Sethi is a leading intellectual property law firm that offers a wide range of services in patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, and related fields of IP. The firm is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team as a Patent Associate in the Patent Department.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): To work on technical matters related to Patent Law and attend court hearings.
Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements
B.Tech in Telecommunication/Computer Science/ Electrical/Electronics.
Candidate with LL.B degree
Good communication and analytical skills
Hands-on experience for working patents.
Experience of patent litigation and attending court hearings
