ARCHER’s core offering is post-settlement Healthcare Lien Resolution Administration and QSF (Qualified Settlement Fund) Administration and payments processing for multi-claimant (mass tort and class action) litigation. Other services include claims administration, single event lien resolution, probate and bankruptcy coordination, release administration, medical records review, and plaintiff fact sheet and other intake/census preparation and management. ARCHER enables law firms to focus on their litigation while ensuring that critical pre-settlement and post-settlement administration documents, services, business analytics and reporting are handled efficiently and effectively.

POSITION SUMMA
RYThe Technical Writer is responsible for the documentation of internal applications and processes. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating Release Notes, Online Help File, Quick Reference Guides, etc. to help end-users learn and use the products. The Technical Writer has an interest in writing easy-to-understand user interface texts, online help guides, knowledge bases, and user guides. This person will analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities. The Technical Writer will also be required to research and chase down answers if more information is needed to help complete the required documentation. This person will have experience using and documenting enterprise software to enhance the end-users, administrators, installers, and implementation engineers experience.
