We are hiring a Senior Associate with experience in handling both civil and criminal litigation. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Extensive Drafting Experience -Proficient in drafting all types of applications, both criminal and civil.
2. Language Proficiency- Fluent in reading and speaking Marathi, with polished English language skills.
3. Court Experience - Substantial experience in both High Court and trial court settings, demonstrating excellent court craft and a strong standing before the judges.
4. Research Skills - Exceptional research abilities.
5. Briefing Experience - Proven experience in briefing counsels. Experience with senior counsels is preferred, but at a minimum, experience with junior counsels is required.
6. Independent Handling of Matters - Capability to independently handle matters, including drafting grounds, conceptualizing legal propositions, conducting research, and presenting well-prepared cases for further development.
Experience Required: 4-6 years
