Deputy Manager / Manager - Media litigation- Specialist in Labor Litigation (include Working Journalist Act/ Wage board litigation).
Legal Documentation- Drafting, vetting, negotiating, preparation and finalization of various
Agreements pertaining to various departments of the company as contract lead Manager.
Experience in Print & Digital media.
Qualification - LLB/LLM -Experience - 6 to 10 years.
Must have a very strong litigation skills and sound knowledge of court procedures, drafting and pleading.
Experience on agreement drafting and advertisement laws/regulations will be added will be added advantage.
Strong analytical skill, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Business and report writing, Presentation skills.
Sound knowledge of Labour laws, Working Journalist Act , Data Protection Laws , General Laws, Corporate Laws, Companies Act, SEBI, ICDR Regulations , E-commerce , IP and other related Laws.
