Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Assistant - Documentation at IMB Immigration Law. The primary responsibilities of the role include handling documentation related to immigration cases, managing and organizing documents, and ensuring effective communication with clients and relevant stakeholders. The role will also involve working closely with the immigration lawyer and assisting in the preparation of legal documents.
Qualifications
Strong documentation skills, including experience in preparing and managing immigration-related documents
Knowledge of export documentation processes
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in document management and organization
Experience in handling archives and maintaining document records
Attention to detail and accuracy in document processing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
