Job Description
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements;
Manage transactions, M&A as well as real estate and leasing agreements.
Manage corporate matters;
Work with and manage external counsels in litigation and other significant legal disputes;
Handle compliance matters and investigations;
Advise on various other matters (such as employment matters) in daily operation;
Provide training on legal and compliance topics.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you are a lawyer with at-least 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably law firms or a mix of law firm & in house.
You must have experience in handling wide variety of contracts including leasing agreements as well as M & A transactions.
You must have good communication with stakeholder management.
