Position Title: Lawyer - Client Closure and Consultation

Key Responsibility Areas:

-Client Consultation:

Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their legal needs and provide appropriate advice.

Prepare and present detailed legal strategies and solutions tailored to the client's requirements.

Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing clear and concise legal advice and ensuring all client queries are promptly addressed.

-Client Closure:

Develop and implement strategies to close new client deals, ensuring a steady influx of new business.

Prepare and present proposals, engagement letters, and retainer agreements to potential clients.

Follow up with potential clients to address any concerns and finalize agreements.

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable outcomes for the firm.

-Case Management:

Oversee the management of client cases from inception to closure, ensuring all legal procedures are followed.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

Regularly update clients on the progress of their cases and provide timely advice on any new developments.

-Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure all client-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal standards and regulations.

Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and case progress.

Ensure all legal documents are prepared and filed in a timely manner.

-Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional legal services to existing clients.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any emerging legal needs.

-Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm’s client base.

Attend networking events, seminars, and conferences to promote the firm’s services and attract new clients.

Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to increase visibility and attract potential clients.

-Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction metrics.

Analyze client feedback and case outcomes to identify areas for improvement in the consultation and closure processes.

Report on the performance of client closure strategies and make recommendations for improvements.

-Professional Development:

Stay updated with the latest legal developments, trends, and best practices.

Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance legal knowledge and skills.

Share knowledge and insights with the legal team to promote continuous learning and improvement.

Performance Metrics:

Number of new clients acquired

Client satisfaction scores

Case closure rate and timelines

Revenue generated from new client deals

Compliance with legal standards and documentation accuracy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification

Valid legal practicing license

Proven experience in client consultation and case management

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple cases and clients simultaneously

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Proficiency in legal research and documentation
