Position - Legal - IR Housing - Litigation
Location - Mumbai, Vikhroli
Experience - 8-10 yrs
Qualification - LL.B,/ part LL.B
Skills - Handling Civil Cases, Court Appearance, Legal Notice, Legal Drafting
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating Court matters pertaining to Housing colony end to end process.
2. Keeping an end-to-end track of Housing related Court cases.
3. Appearing on behalf of company in housing related matters.
4. Keeping track of ongoing and new matters dates.
5. Should have good drafting skills in English and Marathi languages.
6. Coordinating/ discussions with advocates/ legal consultant on housing court matters, deciding stand of the company, ensuring preparations for hearings, participating etc.
7. Replies to notices on behalf of company.
8. Explaining matters to seniors.
9. Awareness about Companies Acts.
10. Handling land and revenue matters, housing/ company quarters matters, experience/ knowledge of court procedures etc.
