BolsterBiz is actively seeking independent and highly motivated sales professionals to join our team for our 3PL Client. The role involves responsibilities such as identifying potential prospects, creating effective email strategies, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and Apollo.io for client acquisition, executing targeted outreach efforts, maintaining CRM updates, and fostering a positive work environment. In this role, you will serve as a valuable sales partner and advocate for our clients.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, is well-organized, and detail-oriented. They stay informed about the latest sales and outreach tools, trends, and systems, and thrive in a dynamic work environment without being weighed down by the challenges of the daily grind.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and anticipate clients' future needs, developing effective outreach strategies.

- Collaborate with the internal team to establish a streamlined process for outreach, follow-ups, and closures.

- Attract suitable prospects through various channels, including cold calls, emails, Google, LinkedIn.

- Conduct sales demos and guide prospects through a well-defined sales process for successful closure and onboarding.

- Evaluate sales knowledge, skills, and experience to optimize conversion from outreach to demos.

- Assist in closing new deals and providing support to clients.

- Contribute to enhancing the company's reputation and attractiveness as an employer.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales in the B2B industry.

- Minium 1.5 years of experience with US Market.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and business plans.

Skills and Competencies

- Strong understanding of B2B Industry in the US Market.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Familiarity with market research tools and techniques.

- Experience of Working on Apollo.io

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
