About The Role
As a collections manager, you will be leading collections efforts for all our lending products. You are expected to independently partner with external agencies, set up robust processes and craft strategies to maximize the collection efficiency while optimizing cost. You will have a direct impact on the PnL of the program.
What You Will Do
Define, own, and drive collection targets
Refine collections strategy including intensity and channels for collections
Monitor performance of agencies including adherence to code of conduct
Onboard new agencies to scale up collections capability both tele and on ground as well as reduce cost
Synthesize and present performance metrics to leadership
Develop in house collections capability post scale up with agencies
Manage Bucket level resolution, Roll Back and Normalisation targets achievements along with capacity planning
Managing customer queries & complaints with efficient redressal mechanisms in place
Responsible for setting up robust fraud management & operations practices to reduce the delinquency rates
Be hands on and on the ground
What You Will Need
You have 5-10 years of end to end collection management experience
You have Experience of managing collections for digitally originated unsecured loans
You have Exposure to collections management across channels of digital, tele-calling, feet on street
You have sharp expertise in SKIP tracing methods
You have Strong critical thinking and data led approach to problem solving You have passion to achieve best in industry cure rate
You are well versed with domestic geographical pockets and can continuously improve the scope of collection
You have sound knowledge of Audit & Compliance
You have sound knowledge about legal & litigation processes
You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
