Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for qualified advocate to support a busy realtor with a range of professional and personal tasks at Sidvin Realty Network located in Guwahati. The Executive Legal Secretary will be responsible for a variety of tasks including legal document preparation, legal assistance particularly in real estate, clerical skills, and diary management, and will also manage day-to-day personal and administrative responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Legal Support:
Legal Document Preparation: Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Legal Compliance: Ensure that all transactions comply with current laws and regulations, and handle any legal issues that arise.
Case Management: Assist in resolving legal disputes, negotiating settlements, and managing court documents.
Client Liaison: Communicate with clients, lawyers, and stakeholders regarding legal matters and updates.
2. Executive Assistance:
Schedule Management: Organize and manage the realtor’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Correspondence: Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the realtor.
Document Management: Maintain and organize files, documents, and records for easy access and retrieval.
Project Coordination: Assist with various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and office management.
3. Personal Assistance:
Personal Errands: Handle personal tasks such as managing appointments, running errands, and coordinating household services.
Travel Planning: Arrange personal travel, including booking flights, hotels, and itineraries.
Event Planning: Assist in organising personal events, celebrations, and family gatherings.
Financial Management: Manage personal expenses, bills, and financial documentation.
Household Management: Oversee household management tasks and coordinate with service providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Legal Expertise:
Law Degree: Must possess an LLB or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Advocacy Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on real estate being an advantage.
Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of legal principles, especially related to real estate transactions and property law.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in legal documents and compliance.
Administrative Proficiency:
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
