A. Designation: Legal Associate.
1. Eligibility: Advocate having minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in handling matters in Hon'ble Courts / Tribunals.
2. Mandatory Registration with Delhi Bar council or others. Excellent familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court systems., Good Computer literacy with Proficiency in English language, drafting – writ petition, SLP, Appeals, Applications, Pleadings, Conveyancing, Appearance before Courts – Supreme Court, High Court, all district courts / Tribunals – NCLT, NCLAT, PMLAT, DRT, DRAT, Legal research work with considerable experience of IBC, Arbitration & Conciliation Act & Corporate law. Client Counselling & Meeting, Briefing Senior Advocates.
3. CTC – 6 to 9 lacs per annum (For deserving and exceptional candidate, salary is not a bar)
