Job Position- LEGAL ASSOCIATE
What we look for:
People with experience in signing up new clients as well as connecting and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves limited supervision, and compensation is a function of your ability to engage new clients and then retain them through our legal and financial services.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Signing up New Clients
You will be given contact details of potential clients who have expressed interest through detailed forms with all relevant details. You will need to negotiate an engagement letter and sign up the potential clients. You will be provided proper training on the Company's platform and products, which can be used to convince clients about our legal and financial advisory services.
2. Legal Drafting
Well-drafted documents such as contracts, pleadings and legal opinions - ensure that the respective intentions, rights and obligations of parties involved in any proceedings, negotiations or contracts are accurately reflected.
3.Legal Advisory
- Drafting basic legal documents, notices etc.
- Ability to provide consistent and technically superior legal advice and solutions.
- Approaching client matters strategically to ensure client needs ( not just requests) are met.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients
3.Achieving financial goals and project outcomes, including targets for billing, developing and implementing new business development strategies to grow the business and attract new clients.
4.Ability to collect legal data to identify, track, and report.
5.Dispute Management
Identify appropriate strategies that can be used to avoid the risk whenever possible, if a risk cannot be eliminated then it must be managed.
6.Expertise in Dispute settlement, Negotiations and Client Counselling.
Overall work will be a combination of business development and servicing clients
Qualification - Graduate in the field of Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, and BCom. LLB, CS)
Note-
Candidates will first come for a training period (2-3 months) which will be conducted in the Gurgaon office and after that qualified candidates will be shifted to our new office which we are setting up in Saket.
Working days – Monday to Saturday
Experience - 2-3 years
Remuneration (per month) - 23000 - 25000 + variable
