Job Description
Overseeing all legal matters, including contracts, partnerships, and litigation.
Ensuring compliance with Anti Bribery, Anti corruption FCPA regulations, anti-trust
Managing ethics and compliance investigations (including employment investigations and governmental investigations)
Drafting confidential reports and advising senior leadership on compliance related risks;
Managing relationships with external legal consultants.
Developing and implementing legal strategies and policies.
Overseeing intellectual property rights issues.
Handling legal disputes and litigation matters.
Ensuring the company's legal interests are protected.
The Successful Applicant
LLB qualification from a top tier law school with minimum 8 years of overall experience including experience at a tier-one law firm
Candidates should have handled investigations and compliance related matters
