Our client is a leading FMCG company specializing in the Beverages & Alcohol sector.
Job Description
Offer strategic legal counsel across business verticals and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Manage sales and marketing contracts, ASCI guidelines, tax regulations in the alco-bev industry
Handle issues related to FSSAI, legal meterology and other relevant regulations
Manage legal affairs pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, contracts, litigation and regulatory matters.
Engage in risk management by assessing potential impact of legal decisions on the company.
The Successful Applicant
You should be an LLB graduate with at-least ten years of overall experience, either law firm or in-house. Prior experience with alcohol/ beverages industry is mandatory.
