Responsibilities:
∙Professionally handle incoming calls from clients, potential clients, and other parties.
∙Provide information about our services and gather relevant details regarding inquiries or cases.
∙Conduct qualification checks by reviewing intake forms and other documentation provided by
callers.
∙Verify essential information and assess the eligibility of potential clients based on established
criteria.
∙Accurately enter and maintain information into the firm's database or case management system.
∙Ensure all data entry tasks are completed promptly and with a high level of accuracy.
∙Communicate effectively with clients to obtain additional information or clarification when
necessary.
∙Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
∙Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.
∙Assist with organizing and maintaining client files and documents.
∙Familiar with creating work flows to assist with streamlining the firm functions.
∙Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure seamless
intake processes.
∙Communicate relevant information and updates to the appropriate parties within the firm.
Qualifications:
∙High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
∙Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal setting.
∙Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
∙Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
∙Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
∙Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems.
∙Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
∙Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
