Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Advocate at Vivek Law Firm. The Junior Advocate will be responsible for handling various civil and criminal cases, including matrimonial cases, domestic violence, dowry cases, cheque bounce cases, criminal cases, consumer forum cases, divorce cases, family law matters, maintenance of wife and children, mediation, child custody, sexual harassment cases, drugs cases, banking law matters, passport laws, Muslim law, property law, labour issues, contract law, NRI cases, arbitration, corporate law, review petitions, writ petitions, PIL, and more.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of civil and criminal law
Experience in handling various types of cases mentioned above
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Good time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
Bar Council registration is a plus
