Job Description for BSP Senior staff Role:
Minimum Qualifications
B-Tech/BE or M-Tech/ME.
Requirements:
Around 15 years' experience in the following areas: device driver development, embedded systems bring up and kernel level enhancements.
Experience working on systems software in a large-scale C/C++ code base in Linux environment
Experience with Software Development processes including source control, bug tracking, and design documentation.
Cross functional teams’ collaboration
Exposure to Wireless communication protocols WiFi/BT
Experience in hardware bring up using interfaces USB, PCIe, GPIO, SPI, I2C, etc.
Exposure to debugging tools and experience in debugging complex, system-level, multi-component issues that typically span across multiple layers from kernel to application.
Optional requirements:
Experience in one or more of the following areas: BSP/Board Support Package, Operating Systems, RTOS, Bootloader, Power Management, Linux, Multimedia Subsystems especially Audio and Camera, MCU (Microcontroller) firmware.
Responsibilities
Leading technical team(s) and provide design/debugging solutions based on requirements
Design and implement drivers and services that operate efficiently in a constrained environment yet when pressed can efficiently deliver large volumes of data with low-latency and high-bandwidth.
Understand software components from multiple partner teams, lead the integration of those components into the unified product code base, and drive their continued development

This Services are provided in the United States, and are located and targeted to persons in the United States and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws.
