**Responsibilities:**

- Identify and anticipate clients' future needs, developing effective outreach strategies.

- Collaborate with the internal team to establish a streamlined process for outreach, follow-ups, and closures.

- Attract suitable prospects through various channels, including Cold Calls, emails, Google, LinkedIn, and Social Media.

- Conduct sales demos and guide prospects through a well-defined sales process for successful closure and onboarding.

- Evaluate sales knowledge, skills, and experience to optimize conversion from outreach to demos.

- Assist in closing new deals and providing support to clients.

- Contribute to enhancing the company's reputation and attractiveness as an employer.

**Requirements:**

- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn effectively.

- Possess the ability to execute various business development strategies.

- Have experience with sales processes, tools, systems, and cadences.
