The Credit Management & Assessment team is focused on assessing new customer credit risk, extend customer credit, monitor existing customer, and portfolio credit risk. The team ensures that credit-related activities are carried out as per the agreed timelines with utmost accuracy, ensuring that all possible efforts are made towards achieving cash targets and aging targets. The team works towards ensuring timely completion of cash allocations with minimum posting to unallocated cash, with utmost accuracy while coordinating with credit controllers, aiming at customer delight. They also work towards ensuring periodic action items including the processing of refunds as part of credit balance activities, intercompany refunds.

What are we looking for? The SME, Operations Implementation is a leader in operations execution through program lifecycle management, leveraging process analysis, data insights & best practices to ensure new program deployment success. The SME will attend and advocate for the Operations Delivery function on project implementation activities for all assigned programs. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. The SME will be responsible for achieving all deliverables as set forth by the project implementation team, as well as coordinating with any and all necessary Operations Delivery stakeholders to ensure functional readiness of Operations Delivery teams to assume business operations within the defined project timelines. Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources, third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Attend project sessions with client and internal resources to ensure operations functional requirements are being met in the planning and implementation stages.

Utilize Operations Delivery best practices to ensure Operations Delivery functional capabilities are considered and utilized within planning and implementation activities.

Communicate status with clients and internal stakeholders.

Coordinate and align Implementation support from specific operations resources as needed for successful implementation activities.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Follow up with project team members to ensure deliverables are on time and in scope.

Establish and maintain relationships with Operations Delivery and Operations Support resources as needed to connect best practices.

Closely monitor and report on lifecycle activities from Project Planning stages through Hyper care handoff to Operations Delivery. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Operations Management, or 3+ years in a similar role.

Proven experience in project management, operations, or implementation roles, with a focus on driving process improvement and organizational change.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in project management tools, process mapping software, and Microsoft Office Suite including Vizio.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or change management (e.g., Prosci) is preferred

Experience in supply chain and implementations within digital platforms.
