The Team

S&P’s Market Intelligence group offers best-in-class technology and incorporate industry best practices to manage risk, comply with regulations and provide assistance to the financial services industry with meeting their compliance obligations.

Tax Solutions provides a comprehensive tax operations solution which includes technology, consulting and a robust managed service offering that enables clients to meet their daily compliance needs. The Tax Utility is a solution that provides a mechanism to securely exchange and share tax documentation with counterparties. This position will provide client support to the Tax Utility community of users.

Responsibilities

Ensure customers receive first class service consistent with S&P Global’ s expectations including but not limited to identifying and resolving client issues, following up with clients based on SLAs, conducting client demos, training clients on the platform, and managing additional client inquiries/needs as required.

Actively speak with customers to ensure they understand how to use the functionality of Tax Solutions product suite and understand the full capability of our products industry initiatives.

Collaborate with Product team to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.

Cultivate, foster, and manage relationships with assigned clients.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree

0-2 years’ experience

The ideal candidate will need to be detail oriented and task driven with a strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment along with a big team and should also be able to contribute on an individual basis and as part of a team.

Tax internships or tax experience a big plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to communicate effectively with onshore team and have an excellent client service ethos.

Flexibility to work across US shifts.

Experience in Client Outreach Space, Regulatory & Compliance and financial data operations and Client support are required.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with bank compliance and risk management a plus.

Experience working on Jira and Salesforce is a plus.
