Overview:
The Social Training Partner is a key advocate and enforcer of the POSH Act (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) & POCSO Act Training Program within government, non-government, Educational institutes, and corporate sectors. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including government and non-government departments, to properly implement POSH Act & POCSO Act guidelines. The Training Partner is responsible for recruiting freelance trainers for POSH Train The Trainer programs & POCSO Train The Trainer Programs across Pan India and managing a team of trainers to deliver POSH Act & POCSO Act training programs nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
POSH Act Implementation: Collaborate closely with government and non-government sectors/departments to ensure the effective application of the POSH Act. Work with a team of freelance trainers to promote awareness and compliance.
Training Programs: With the support of local government agencies, schedule and conduct FREE OF COST a minimum number of training programs on the POSH Act & POCSO Act for different government, corporate, and Educational sectors..
Recruitment and Management: Recruit freelance trainers from across Pan India for POSH Train The Trainer programs & POCSO Act Train The Trainer Programs and effectively manage a team of trainers responsible for providing POSH Act & POCSO Act training throughout India.
Community Engagement: Design, plan, and execute various social and donation activities to benefit women in the specified area, either independently or in collaboration with volunteers and teams.
Guidance and Support: Provide guidance, support, and management oversight to employers, managers, and teams in matters related to the POSH Act & POCSO Act, ensuring compliance with yearly services.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in Training and development, or Social Work or NGOs minimum of 4 years of team handling experience.
Any organization or Graduate/Post Graduate with fluency in Hindi, English, and the local language(s).
Strong ability to interact with clients, including senior-level contacts within government and corporate sectors.
Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
A high level of professionalism, including a strong team orientation, approachability, and courtesy.
