Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Project Manager of Client Services will lead in managing assigned client relationships through effective project management coordination and execution. Candidates must possess team leadership skills and a professional background in the electronic discovery industry to manage multiple projects and client relationships in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison with key client representatives to manage service delivery relationships.
Ensure overall client satisfaction by coordinating and communicating effectively on client deliverables.
Execute project forecasts and work schedules as directed by the Senior Project Manager or Associate Director.
Verify and communicate project requirements with high quality and accuracy to both clients and internal partners.
Provide proactive communication with clients, promptly addressing issues or escalating to senior management as needed.
Maintain up-to-date project status records.
Demonstrate leadership to clients and internal teams, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality.
Represent our company’s commitment to high-quality service delivery, instilling confidence with clients as a primary public face.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; a Juris Doctorate (JD) or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is advantageous.
Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles in law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers preferred.
Solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, with at least 2 years of project management experience in relevant fields.
Proven success managing multiple simultaneous projects.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English, demonstrating confident leadership presence.
Fluency in any Asian languages is a plus.
Excellent client relationship skills, including proactive management of client expectations and adaptation of company capabilities to meet client requirements consistently.
Solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements.
Familiarity with computer data types and basic concepts of data sources; knowledge of digital forensics and data processing is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability in project planning, client requirement balancing, relationship development, and financial/billing review to ensure timely deadlines.
