Position Overview:
We’re scouting for an empathetic, strategic, and visionary Student Success Coach. This role is pivotal in ensuring every student's journey, from enrollment to internship until successful job placements become seamless, rewarding, and transformative.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist students to help them identify their Core values, strengths, and interests, and set clarity in academic and career goals using industry best assessment tools and methodology
Develop Student coaching tools, approaches and coaching Assignments to be included in the coaching hub
Personalized coaching sessions for students to help them set academic goals, develop study strategies, and overcome obstacles
Empower students to take informed decisions as per their strengths interest and their core values to be their best versions in career and personal life
Work closely with students to establish short-term and long-term goals related to academic achievement, personal growth, and career advancement.
Organize and facilitate peer-to-peer online learning opportunities, encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing among students.
Serve as a mentor to students, offering guidance, advice, and encouragement to help them navigate academic and personal challenges successfully.
Assist students in exploring career options, developing job search strategies, writing resumes, and preparing for interviews
Direct students to access relevant resources, such as academic support services, financial aid information, and career development resources
Regularly monitor students' academic progress, attendance, and engagement, intervening proactively if any issues arise.
Offer constructive feedback on students' academic work, study habits, and professional development activities to help them improve and grow.
Advocate for students' needs and interests within the university community, ensuring they have access to necessary support services and resources.
Stay informed about best practices in student success coaching, online education, and career development, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance coaching effectiveness and student outcomes.
Ensure student’s end to end journey completion and success
Qualification and Skills Required:
Any bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years as life and career coaching experience.
Experience in online education on student support roles is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Empathetic and understands student mindset and student needs well
Excellent Listening skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong rapport with students
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
Passion for helping students succeed and commitment to their academic growth.
