Job Description
Legal methods and sections involved in the procedure:
Coordinate with Indian and international law firms and lawyers regarding legal issues.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating International commercial contracts for various business units and corporate functions
Knowledge of incorporation of companies for international and corporate-related matters.
Supporting key business initiatives like JVs and overseas businesses.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Undertake in-depth legal research into a variety of complex regulations and help implement processes and policies.
Getting in touch with international legal consultants for hearings from the court and any further legal needs
Send legal emails and notices to online websites and companies for violating company trademarks.
Requirements And Skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and additional international languages will be an added advantage.
Ready to work at Flexible Shift?
Ready to travel (domestic and international).
Knowledge of the incorporation of companies at the international level
Sound knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and other technological tools
