Drafting various pleas of civil nature, conducting and defending various civil suits, writ petitions, revision petitions, writ appeals, first appeals, second appeals, appeals before quasi-judicial authorities, tribunals & High court of Karnataka
Provide services in appointing arbitrators through the High Court, conducting and defending arbitration proceedings, drafting of pleadings pertaining to arbitration proceedings
Drafting and vetting various types of contracts, agreements and understandings customized for real estate sector
Assisted clients in conducting legal due diligence before investing, acquiring, merging with corporate
Advisory services to clients with respect to the mode of entry to the Indian market, FEMA guidelines, FDI policies based on sector specific guideline
