Roles & Responsibilities:

· Working on global Transfer pricing compliance reports, including three-tier transfer pricing documentation;

· Reviewing and finalizing benchmarking analysis;

· Reviewing advisory reports, research on legal / technical matters, legal submissions, etc.

· Carrying out comprehensive Transfer Pricing advisory engagements for the network firms

· Understanding Transfer Pricing case laws, working on case rulings, data assessments, litigation matters.

· Working on TP litigation projects as assigned by GT Member firms such as safe harbours, advanced pricing agreements (APAs), Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs), etc.

· Advising foreign multinational companies on the transfer pricing implications of their operations in the region

· Ensuring quality of delivery from the team through compliance and advisory documents.

· Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualification Criteria

· Qualified CA / CFA / MBA / M. Com

· 3-4 years of experience

· Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

· Good analytical skills and objective driven attitude

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
