Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Coordinator at the Khetri Trust located in Jaipur. The Executive Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, managing correspondence, and supporting the executive team. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
