Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager at KHETRI TRUST located in Jaipur. The Deputy General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and developing strategies to achieve organizational goals. They will also collaborate with the General Manager to implement policies, ensure compliance, and provide leadership to the team.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in strategic planning and implementation
Knowledge of educational policies and regulations
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in budgeting and financial management
Master's degree in education, business administration, or related field
Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
