Aquis Search is pleased to present an exceptional interim counsel position with a leading global IT services business.
Role: Interim Legal Counsel
Duration: 6-month fixed contract (via Aquis Search payroll, seconded to our client)
Experience: 5-7 years PQE
Location: Fully remote
Reporting to: General Counsel
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a core transactions lawyer, focusing on transactions around IT managed services, outsourcing, implementation services, IT consultancy, application management support etc
Lead negotiations and transactions across the ASEAN region
Manage document markups, RFP responses, and markup tables
Support "move to hub" projects
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years PQE, Transactions lawyer
Strong background in IT services and related legal matters
Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
Experience with cross-border transactions (desirable but not mandatory)
