We are in search of a skilled and creative Digital Product Designer to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate should possess 0-3 years of experience and play a crucial role in comprehending the requirements of the business and user choices. Their main duty will be to create exceptional user-focused products or services with excellent visual design. It is crucial to highlight that we are particularly looking for candidates with 0-3 years of experience who can begin right away. A degree from a Design school is a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with different teams to understand business requirements and user needs
- Develop empathy and create a vision through storytelling
- Generate ideas and create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes
- Ensure consistency across interfaces by following the brand's visual style guide
- Work on various interfaces, including mobile, web, and other platforms
- Utilize design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch
- Communicate design intentions and advocate for users' needs with stakeholders and teams
- Tackle complex design challenges across multidisciplinary groups and deliver relevant experiences within specified deadlines
Requirements:
- Strong passion for design and solid skills in interaction and visual design
- Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning
- Basic understanding of all stages of the design process, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
