Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a (Senior) Patent Associate/ (Senior) Patent Agent at IP-FY located in Bengaluru. The (Senior) Patent Associate/ (Senior) Patent Agent will be responsible for patent preparation, patent prosecution, and patentability assessments. They will collaborate with clients to create strategic IP solutions and assist with other IP-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in Patent Drafting and Patent Prosecution for India, the US, and the EPO jurisdictions
Knowledge of India, US and EP Patent Law
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication or a related field
Qualification as a Patent Agent is a plus
