Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Senior Associate with key Clientele located in Chennai. As the Senior Associate, you will liaise with key clients, manage client relations, and design legal strategies. You will also conduct legal research, draft legal documents and contracts, and provide legal counsel. The Senior Associate will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates and interns.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures in the relevant industries
Experience in managing legal matters for key clients
Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
Ability to collaborate and mentor junior associates and interns
Professional law degree from a recognized university, and qualified for practice in India
Minimum 5+ years of work experience in reputed law firm(s) or in-house counsel in MNC(s). (MANDATORY)
