**Job Description:**
M/s TRIPTA & Co Chartered Accountants, a prestigious accounting firm located on Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, is seeking motivated and dedicated CA Article Trainees to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring Chartered Accountants to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a professional environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory reports.
- Engage in financial planning and advisory services.
- Collaborate with senior team members on various client projects.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.
- Gain exposure to taxation, including direct tax and GST.
- Participate in Transfer Pricing activities, including TP study reports, benchmarking, TP audit, planning, and structuring.
- Handle international tax matters.
- Assist with tax litigations and consultancy.
- Manage Income Tax and GST compliances, including returns and GST audits.
**Requirements:**
- Currently enrolled in the CA program (preferably cleared IPCC both groups).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
-Proficient in English Language.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
