We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Commercial Leasing and Lending!
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to registering of line to secure an asset and thereafter ensuring adequate reporting. In filings, you would be required to register a line with county & state basis the type of product & value (guidelines set up by client). This can be done through physical filings, e-filings wherever possible & API filings. It would involve original filings, extensions, refiling, terminations, etc.
Responsibilities
Performing collection calls and follow up on delinquent accounts
Negotiating payment plans and settlements
Accurately updating customer records and account information
Collaborating with legal/management teams on bankruptcies and litigations
Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional attitude

Minimum Qualifications
College degree or equivalent
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Required language proficiency
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
Minimum 2 years of experience in collection or customer service environment.
Good data entry and typing skills
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Listening skills
Problem analysis and problem solving
Judgment
Adaptability
