Job Description: Product Manager (Legal Tech)

Qualifications:
LLB from a reputed university
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
Strong understanding of both legal and business aspects
Experience in SaaS product management
2-7 years of relevant experience in product management or a related role
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Passion for technology and legal innovation
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership: Take complete ownership of the product lifecycle from inception to launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and legal teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the tech team to brainstorm and develop innovative product features, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with product goals.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
User Experience: Advocate for the end-user, ensuring that the product delivers a superior user experience and meets the highest standards of usability and functionality.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the product.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest legal tech trends and advancements, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance the product offering.
