An experienced and fully qualified Advocate is required with at-least 3 to 5 years of post qualification experience in appearing before the High Court and District Courts of Delhi. The candidate should have sound knowledge and experience in the practise of IP laws.
The applicant should be competent in drafting Plaints, Written Statements, Interim Applications etc. as well as notices of Oppositions and Evidence Affidavits and also have experience in arguing show-cause and Oppositions hearings before the Registrar of Trademarks.
The applicant must have prior and continuous work experience in a reputable IP law firm and demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed for competent work.
We will not consider internship experience so please do not apply if you are newly qualified or do not have 3 - 5 years of post qualification experience.
