Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate at 'United World - Patent and Trademark Attorneys' (formerly United IPR) in New Delhi. The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling Trademark and Copyright litigation, prosecution, enforcement and client consultations. Day-to-day tasks will include drafting lawsuits and other legal documents, routinely appearing before the Delhi High Court and other district courts in IP matters and attending hearings at the TMO.
Qualifications
The Applicant must be a qualified 'Advocate' with at-least 5 years of post qualification experience in the practise of Trademark and Copyright laws and should have prior work experience at leading IP law firms. In addition, the Applicant must be competent in drafting lawsuits and other legal documents.
Proficiency Assessment will be required
Upon successful completion of interview, prospective candidates will be required to undergo an assessment for drafting lawsuits, interim applications and other legal documents to determine the suitability of their skill-set and knowledge.
