**Vyomayug Aerospace** is a new, dynamic company poised to make its mark in the exciting and ever-evolving aerospace industry. We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team and play a vital role in shaping our legal foundation and ensuring our future success.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide comprehensive legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and intellectual property protection.
* Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements, contracts, and other legal documents, ensuring they align with Vyomayug Aerospace's business objectives and mitigate potential risks.
* Advise on corporate governance issues, board of directors' meetings, and shareholder relations.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in aerospace law, including regulations from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and other relevant authorities.
* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support informed decision-making by the company's leadership team.
* Manage outside legal counsel relationships as needed.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
**Qualifications:**
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Minimum of [X] years of experience as a corporate lawyer, preferably in the aerospace or a related technology industry.
* Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property law.
* Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
