What do you drive for us?
Responsible for protecting Randstad India's legal interest and enabling stakeholders through contractual documents or otherwise in alignment with the laws and company policies.
You will be responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of our business by undertaking a variety of legal issues and projects, and ensure that the company operates within the laws at all times.
Job responsibilities as below :
Give accurate and timely counsel to stakeholders on a variety of legal topics including labor and other laws applicable to the different lines of Randstad business
Draft and solidify different types of contractual and other legal documents to protect the company’s legal rights/interests.
Keeping updated knowledge of legislations.
Client and Vendor Contract Vetting – Review, redline and negotiate
Handling tool based contract vetting and approval
Legal Validation & Stamping: Verifying hard copies of the Agreements/Addendums/Amendments with the draft vetted by the Legal Team.
Legal Advisory : To various internal/external stakeholders on legal issues
Open to field work, including appearing in court, giving evidence, attending court proceedings and consulting with lawyers etc.
Other Supporting Functions : Preparing monthly/other reports/minutes of the meetings, arranging meetings, template creation/ updation
Responding to tender/RFQ/RFPs
Litigation Support
Any other responsibility as required
Desired Candidate Profile :
Exp.: Worked in a similar role for 6 - 10 yrs
Location: Chennai
Min qualification: LLB; LLM (Added advantage)
Good exposure in working in MS Office, Reporting, etc.
Technically sound to work on contracts using internal software/tools, OMS, etc.
