Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer at Zenith Infra Projects in Bengaluru. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with regulations and laws related to real estate and corporate governance.
Qualifications
Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, and Contract Law knowledge
Legal research and analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
