Qualification required: LLB graduate, Knowledge of Company Secretary preferred.
Requisite experience: 7-10 yrs.
Location: Fort
Specific required skill:
Good communication skills [verbal and in writing] Good Proficiency in English.
The candidate should be well versed with Trusts Acts [Indian Trust Acts and Maharashtra Public Trusts Act and Societies Registration Act.
Acquaintance with the Governance of Charitable Institutions would be the preferred choice.
Roles and Responsibility
· Drafting and vetting of MOA, MOU, Bank guarantee, Indemnity Bonds if any, Undertakings and authority letters, vendor contracts, etc.
· 1st Drafting and Vetting of all legal documents and co-ordination with the panel of lawyers to ensure documents are legally sound.
· Management of all Consultant Contracts.
· Helping in matters pertaining to BMC, Mantralaya, Revenuie Department Charity Commissioner, and other authorities.
· Preparing English and Marathi drafts and having the documentation done of related issues delt with different officers and matter handled.
· Responsibility of conducting enquiry and looking after legal matters as entrusted by the management from time to time.
· This and any such work entrusted by the management.
