Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, managing office equipment, providing customer service, and overseeing office administration. The role will involve supporting legal processes and assisting with Contracts Lifecycle Management, Managed Document Review, E-Discovery, Data Breach, Immigration Support, Litigation Support Services, and Merger and Acquisition Support services.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in providing administrative assistance

Proficiency in handling office equipment

Strong customer service orientation

Knowledge of office administration procedures

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Prior experience in the legal industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
