Key Responsibilities
Study the case files and drafting of plaints, WS, legal notices, etc. (for the court litigation department).
Research the judgments/case laws using legal software such as Manupatra, etc.
Handle day-to-day appearance in courts.
Draft the written submissions.
Assist the senior advocates in the chief examination, cross-examination, and arguments.
