Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Advise clients on intellectual property (IP) matters, including trademark, copyright, patent filings, and IP portfolio management.
Conduct legal research and stay updated with the latest laws and regulations affecting corporate and IP law.
Assist clients in resolving legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
Ensure all legal activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Corporate and IP Legal Professional with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in corporate law and intellectual property law.
Strong understanding of legal principles, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Relevant certifications and qualifications in law (e.g., LLB, LLM, or equivalent).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
