Duties & Responsibilities
Effective review of legal claims including high value claims.
Adherence to internal processes and external regulations.
Ensure effective implementation of processes set by corporate office.
Preparation of repository on Legal developments and enactments and sharing with team.
Maintain the stages of the claims and have a close co-ordination with lawyers handling high value claims.
Monitor grounds of contest and ensure effective evidences in court

Excellent legal domain in various laws including insurance, consumer, motor accidents, civil, criminal, arbitration etc.

Qualification Requirement
LLB
Relevant Work-experience Required
5 to 6 years experience with 2 years of corporate experience in litigation. Experience in General Insurance Industry would be an added advantage.
