Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer at Global Group in Pune. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support on a wide range of matters related to industrial construction and real estate. Their day-to-day tasks will include contract drafting and negotiation, legal research, ensuring compliance with regulations, risk assessment, and dispute resolution, RERA/RERA compliance.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of contract law, real estate law, and construction law
Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
Legal research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, practical advice
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
License to practice law in India
