We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Rights Specialist, for a leading Home Textiles Manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
:Experience in pre and post grant life cycle management of IP (Patents, Trademark, copyright & Designs
)Skilled in Trademark & Patent availability search and due diligence (India & Global)
.Experience in Trademark filing and prosecution
.Experience in IP portfolio management and commercialisation of IP, IP licensing & Assignments
.Manage and protect the company's intellectual property assets, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets
.Conduct intellectual property audits to identify and assess potential risks and opportunities
.Draft, review, and negotiate intellectual property agreements, including licensing agreements, assignments, and nondisclosure agreements
.Monitor and enforce intellectual property rights through appropriate legal channels, including litigation when necessary
.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including research and development teams, marketing departments, and senior management, to develop and implement intellectual property strategies aligned with business objectives
.Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting intellectual property rights, and provide guidance and training to internal teams as needed
.Manage relationships with external legal counsel and intellectual property agencies, including overseeing trademark and patent filings and maintenance

w.2. Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in intellectual property rights, preferably in a corporate legal department or law fir
